Since he was in middle school, Scioto Hills has always played an important role in Michael's relationship with Jesus. He is excited to return to Scioto Hills once again this year to share God's word with Alpha Camp. Michael, his wife Rachel, and their 4 kids live in Westerville, OH. He has taught middle school Bible at Worthington Christian School for 19 years and works as the worship director at Linworth Baptist Church. He and his family can't wait to meet you all this summer!

Jeff is the Associate Pastor at Grace Baptist Church in Troy, Ohio. He has been married to his beautiful bride, Megan, for 16 years, and they have 3 children: Sully, Malcolm, and Eisley. Previously, Jeff and Megan served on the permanent staff team at Scioto Hills for nearly 10 years, and they are thrilled to continue partnering with Scioto for the advancement of God's kingdom! Jeff loves discipling others towards Jesus and teaching them about the Lord's goodness from His Word. His greatest joy is seeing the gospel take root in the hearts of others for the glory of God and the good of His people. He also enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, reading a good story, and sipping a great cup of coffee!
For those entering 6th - 9th grade
minimum age of 11
Designed for junior high campers, this camp is filled with fun memories, life-long friendships, daily Bible study time, lively worship, and practical age-appropriate teaching, programming, and supervision. Alpha campers can look forward to riding our 50-foot Goliath giant swing, flying through the air on the Avalanche zip line, testing their precision at our archery range, learning life lessons through our team-building initiatives, and much more.
