REGISTERING A LARGE GROUP
Each person in group is responsible for registering online (By a click one of the buttons above).  Paper Forms are available for those who do not have access to the internet or a computer. Please reach out to us at grow@sciotohills.com if you need a paper form for one of our events.

What if the church is paying for a portion of the balance?

If your church is paying any portion of the balance there are two ways to go about having your students register.

1. A coupon code can be provided for all of your students, which would allow them to register without making any payments online.  The church then would be responsible for paying for the total amount for each camper using that code prior to arrival.

2. Individualized codes can be provided for specific scenarios, for example, if the church is paying for any portion of the total amount a code can be provided (by the camp office) to represent that specific amount.  This will allow the guardian to register and see only the balance that is owed.  The remaining balance owed (which is covered by the church) would need to be paid by the church by registration.

REGISTERING LEADERS FOR WINTER REVOLUTION
Leaders are also required to register online.
