What is the Expanding Our Impact Initiative?

We are so thankful for our heritage and current ministry and are excited that it is time to Expand Our Impact, not so we can impress or boast about our successes, but so we can more effectively minister to those who walk our hills.

Phase 1 includes our new meeting space called the Hillside Chapel - a space designed specifically as a meeting place option for guest groups that can hold up to 100 people. Another part of Phase 1 is the construction of 8 cottages - accommodating even the largest families and to give our guests more housing options during the summer and through our guest group/retreat season months. Lastly, Phase 1 of our Expanding our Impact strategy includes replacing camp signage, new showers in Wyandotte Lodge, New road lights, repairing and beautifying our camp entrance, and paving our main roads and expanding our parking lots.

The Expanding Our Impact strategic plan allows us to be that destination Designed for Life Change - The Scioto Hills experience, in partnership with the local church, utilizes the beauty of nature, an intentional focus on God’s Word, and loving hospitality to lead people to know and love Jesus Christ as Creator and Savior.

Our Expanding Our Impact strategic plan touches every part of our ministry. Adult/Family Lodging. Corporate Worship. Guest Group Ministry. Program Development. Facilities/Grounds. Staffing. It is all Designed for Life Change!
