DINING HALL
Scioto Hills' Dining Hall comfortably seats up to 250 people. The Dining Hall is sometimes used as a meeting area for small groups and includes sound equipment necessary for sessions, announcements or music.
The meals at Scioto Hills are not classified as typical "camp food" and you will be surprised to find a variety of tasty menus. There's a saying around camp, "You'll never leave hungry!" Please call ahead if you have special dietary needs.
ARC
The Activities and Recreation Center (ARC) was built specifically for rainy day activities. This facility is the size of three full-sized basketball courts. One of the courts has been updated with a stage/meeting area and seating for up to 500 (or more, with minor modifications), along with overhead stage lighting and a 24-channel sound system. The ARC is the perfect place for large groups of 50 or more to meet for praise and worship or teaching sessions.
The stage area also boasts an adjacent café and camp store. Additional space in the ARC can be used for volleyball, indoor soccer, basketball, or other group games. The ARC also has octaball, cartpetball, ping pong, and fooseball.
UPPER DECK
The Upper Deck is a meeting area and game room that includes carpetball tables, ping pong tables, and air hockey. With plenty of seating and a wood-burning stove, this facility is the perfect place to relax and fellowship with others. The Upper Deck is ideal for groups under 100. Also included in the Upper Deck is our Pop Shop where candy, pop, t-shirts, crafts and other camp items are sold.
