Scioto Hills will establish a daily retreat cost for all guest groups; this fee will be evaluated annually. Costs will include lodging, one meeting area, and activities. An additional per meal fee will be charged. Groups with less than 35 people for the weekend will have to pay an additional $15 per person in order to cover food and lodging costs. Groups agree to cover the cost of minimum number.
To reserve any date on the calendar a deposit is required no later than 30 days prior to the arranged retreat date. An invoice is made after the group is here and full payment is due within 30 days of the event. Cash, credit card, or check payments are accepted at camp.
Please Note:
Individuals of group should pay the church/school/organization and the church/school/organization should make one payment to Scioto Hills.
A reservation is made only upon return of signed paperwork and deposit.
